Keyloggers BAD, Death to ISK Seller Hackers
I just got a status on my hacked alt account from CCP GM:
Sorry for the late reply, we have been quite overwhelmed over the past few weeks by account hacking reports such as this, which caused the delay. Your account was accessed and a lot of items were sold/reprocessed. All the ISK was then moved out, but we have recovered the ISK now. As for the items themselves, then sadly there is nothing we can do about those. I have added 30 days to your account in order to compensate you somewhat for the time you were not able to log on to your account.
Much hate right now for the hackers and my own lapse of reason. I supposed it could of been allot worse but am grateful for the 30 days added to the account but sadly it does not cover the loss of the hulk with t2 fittings and faction shield booster. Roughly I’m out 800 million to 1 billion isk and have to weigh out whether its worth continuing paying for an account because of 4 months training and sub fees. Still waiting to hear about how to access the account as the current password does not work, so perhaps this is just their initial findings.
